Core Agreement

By engaging with TerraGraph Workshop, you're entering into a professional partnership rooted in accuracy and transparency. We don't just draw lines; we translate geospatial data into visual narratives. Our terms ensure that every map restoration or GIS workshop is governed by clear expectations regarding deliverables and consulting liabilities.

Intellectual Property

Ownership of custom maps remains with TerraGraph Workshop until final payment is received. We're proud of our work, so we often showcase it.

Revision Cycles

Most map commissions include exactly two rounds of minor stylistic adjustments. Major shifts in GIS data scope after work begins require a new quote.

Liability & Data Integrity

While our topographical surveying is conducted with 17 years of expert precision, geospatial data is subject to environmental flux. TerraGraph Workshop isn't liable for map use in safety-critical navigation without professional certification for that specific application. We're here to guide, not to bear the burden of real-world physical changes to the terrain after the survey date.

1. Services Overview

TerraGraph Workshop provides high-fidelity cartographic services, including but not limited to historical restoration and GIS training. We'll start your project once a formal deposit (usually 30%) is confirmed. Why wait? We're ready to plot your vision as soon as the ink is dry on the contract.

2. Consultation Ethics

Our workshops in Toh Tuck Avenue are strictly educational. We don't provide legal land surveying for property disputes; use a licensed solicitor for that. Our goal is to empower you with the tools of the trade, not to act as a substitute for government-certified cadastral authorities.

3. Cancellation Policy

Life happens. If you need to cancel a GIS workshop, let us know at least 48 hours prior. Cancellations within 24 hours will forfeit the session fee. We value our consultants' time, and we're sure you value the expertise they bring to every single session.
